The 5 Hottest Holiday Albums of 2011

One of the things I love most about the holiday season is the special genre of music, filled with both old and new tunes. I love listening to old favorites, classic orchestras, and even some of today’s newest artists as they try to put a spin on favorites done by some of the best in years past. If you love Tapestry, you’ll love this album as well. The album will be released on November 1st. More »

It’s a contradiction, but the sweetest one there is. Of course, in the midst of all the heavy breathing, getting a music score of sorts is the perfect companion to all of the absolutely carnal sounds you’ll make. Thus, this list. These are the albums that have been the aural stimulation to all those busy nights (and sometimes days). I’ve purposely veered away from Barry White and Marvin Gaye because they’re obvious choices, so obvious that playing it is like putting up a neon sign on your forehead that says “I want sex!”
